Puppet Ring

Referencing puppetry and 60s design cues, the Puppet Ring Wall Sconce from Vistosi treats one to a delicate dance of shape and light. This sconce’s easy-to-read outline shows creator Romani Saccani Architetti Associati’s simplicity-means-elegance design approach. A low-profile circular backplate lets the piece rests in the tightest nooks with a floating look. Mounted in front, a ring body gives the shade something to perch from with an attractive finish. The shades are one of one blown glass pieces, setting themselves apart with subtle irregular contours and textural notes. These textural notes translate to brilliant highlights when turned on. The light fills up the globes and casts an ambient image across the wall.
